The hotel offered great value for the price and the staff were very helpful. They even contacted me in advance to arrange dinner reservations and were very accommodating when I needed to make changes to my room requirements. The location was excellent, conveniently located to shopping and dining options. extra tea and coffee were available at the front desk, which was a nice touch.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was not up to par. My meal was extremely delayed and when it did arrive, it was overcooked and flavorless.

the wild plum, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. 1 mile to great yorkshire show.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large and plush bed. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for easy access to everything we needed. We also enjoyed the free parking, which was a nice added bonus.
Our romantic escape was marred by a few negative experiences. The service in the restaurant was slow and the staff seemed disinterested in our presence.

The value for money is exceptional, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect, with easy access to both the town centre and the surrounding countryside. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfy beds and a walk-in shower, offering all the basic amenities one could need. Plus, the breakfast is simply outstanding with poached eggs that rival those of a 5-star hotel.
All was fine, nothing to improve.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the outskirts of a charming town. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-furnished rooms with standard facilities to the spacious and modern wetroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful setting surrounded by trees and only a short distance from the city centre. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with perfectly poached eggs, surpassing the quality of even some 5-star hotels.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is great as it is right by a train station, making it convenient for easy access into the centre of town. it is close to Harrogate town centre, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds, providing a good night's sleep. The staff are professional and provide attentive service. Guests can also enjoy a tasty breakfast at the on-site restaurant.
The hotel lacks proper cleanliness and customer service.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the outskirts of a charming town. The value for money is excellent, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The location, just next to a railway station, makes it easy to explore the area and avoid the hassle of parking. The service from the staff is top-notch, with friendly and helpful individuals at every turn. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a walk-in shower and a very comfy bed. And let's not forget the breakfast - it surpasses the poached eggs I've been served in even the fanciest of 5-star hotels.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.
